I'm happy to announce the release of my newest historical romance, The Escort. Fall in love with hot Italian hero Tonio Domani, mine owner, explosives expert and reluctant chaperone to fiery, beautiful Italian mail-order bride Angelina D'Alessandro. Set in the late 1890s, this sweeping saga follows Tonio and Angelina from the streets of New York to the wild, untamed mining country of northern Idaho.

If you liked The Last Honest Seamstress and The Union, you'll love The Escort.

Readers have been asking me for another historical romance so here it is—The Union, available now! What I love about The Union is that its hero is a spy of sorts, an undercover private detective, a cowboy detective with a love for danger. He's the historical counterpart of my contemporary spies. Like The Last Honest Seamstress, The Union is based around real historical events in the Pacific Northwest late in the 1800s.

THE UNION

Love is a dangerous deception

Gem, Idaho  1892

HE KNEW THE DANGERS OF GOING UNDERCOVER
After killing Irish union thug McCullough in self-defense and assuming his identity, private detective John Dietz is worried that his cover is blown. Sent to the Silver Valley to infiltrate the miner’s union and uncover their plans to blow up an important mine, he’s ready for anything. Except falling in love with the beautiful fiancée of the man he killed.

BUT FALLING IN LOVE WAS NEVER PART OF THE PLAN
Keely Byrne fell in love with her fiancé through the mail. Now seeing him in person, he’s even more attractive and sexy than she imagined. But as Keely gets to know him, and falls more deeply in love she wonders if he really is who he claims to be. And as tension and danger explode all around them she hopes their love can survive the union.

February 2 2013

I have a lot of exciting new releases planned for 2013, starting with a new series of spylicious romance Agent Ex short stories.

Fans have been telling me they can't wait for the next Agent Ex novel to come out in August. Now you don't have to. Feed your addiction with little bites of romance, fun little reads featuring my National Clandestine Services secret agents that take you away to tropical locales. Little electronic staycations full of action, adventure, spies, and romance. I'm calling the series
Surfer Sailor Lover Spy.

Look for the first one, Surfer Sailor Lover Spy—Maui, later this month. Follow Ty and Treflee from The Spy Who Left Me on their own top-secret personal mission of love and intrigue. And if you haven't read The Spy Who Left Me, or any of the Agent Ex novels? No problem. Like each book of the Agent Ex series, the short stories are standalone reads. I hope you'll give them a try.

And speaking of the Agent Ex books, License to Love, the fourth Agent Ex novel, comes out on August 27th. This time, the heroine, Lani, is the spy and the magician/illusionist hero has to keep up with her. I had so much fun writing this one. And I absolutely love the cover St. Martin's gave the book.

License to Love

The heart is the most dangerous weapon of all.

Gina Robinson mixes seduction and secret agents like nobody’s business. And this time, she’s headed to Las Vegas, where romance is the biggest gamble of them all…

LOVE IS NO ILLUSION
Rock Powers is one of the most successful magicians in Vegas for a reason—he creates illusions too spectacular to believe. But his former assistant, gorgeous Lani Silkwater, pulled off the greatest trick of all: disappearing into thin air the day after they were married. Two years later, Rock can’t resist a clue to Lani’s whereabouts—or the outlandish plan Lani and her mysterious boss propose, if it means a chance to win her back for good...

BUT IT’S ALWAYS MAGICAL
Working as a magician’s assistant was one of Lani’s strangest undercover assignments, but she never imagined it would be so dangerous—to her heart. Leaving Rock was the right thing for both of them, but with a terrorist group closing in on Vegas, Rock’s talent with sleight of hand is imperative. To save them both, Lani must reveal secrets she’s kept for years, and one of them is how much she loves the sexy magician who stole her heart…

The Agent Ex series is:

“Laugh-out-loud funny.”—Booklist

“A clever concoction of lust and longing.”—Publishers Weekly

“A hilariously brilliant romp.”—Reader to Reader Reviews

And that's not all. I haven't forgotten my historical romance readers. In March and April I'll be adding to my Pacific Northwest series by publishing two new historical romances set in the Pacific Northwest.

December 8

Mark your calendars! My newest Agent Ex novel, Live and Let Love comes out December 24th, 2012.

September 19

As a reader, I enjoy reading varied genres and subgenres. As a writer, I love the variety, challenge, and fun of writing in different subgenres of romance and women's fiction—contemporary romance, romantic suspense, chicklit . And now I'm happy to announce the release of my first historical romance, The Last Honest Seamstress.

The Last Honest Seamstress

Seamstress, as I call it for short (yes we like to give our books nicknames), isn't a humorous book like my contemporary novels are. But like my contemporary novels it's packed full of adventure, emotion, and, of course, romance.

Why the title? What does it mean? What makes a seamstress honest? The answer is another question that sounds almost like a joke—when is a seamstress not really a seamstress? And the answer—in Seattle in 1889 when "seamstress" was the occupation prostitutes listed when booked for solicitation. Intrigued?

The Last Honest Seamstress
Available in digital now on Amazon.com

Seattle in 1889 is a hard frontier town full of rough men and prostitutes who call themselves seamstresses.

SHE NEEDS A HUSBAND…

After too many business setbacks and unwanted marriage proposals, beautiful and ambitious Fayth Sheridan, a seamstress who actually sews for a living, desperately needs to find a husband of convenience. Now if she can only convince handsome sea captain Con O'Neill, the one man in Seattle who’s shown no interest in her, that he's the one…

HE NEEDS TO WIN HER LOVE…

When Seattle burns to the ground, taking Fayth's shop with it, Con vows to do anything to protect the woman he's lost his heart to. Including marrying her even though she's not in love him. When he's forced to make a deal with Seattle's most notorious madam, he risks losing everything, including any chance at love with the last honest seamstress in Seattle.

“This first Agent Ex novel is good, old-fashioned fun. Full of laughter, intrigue, and, of course, steamy spies, it’s a great weekend escape. Robinson knows how to balance a book with lighthearted romps and serious romance.” RT Book Reviews

"Gina Robinson’s THE SPY WHO LEFT ME is a hilariously brilliant romp into the world of espionage and intrigue. Ty and Treflee are amazingly sympathetic characters and the world that Ms. Robinson has built for them to play in is dazzling and colorful.
